EXION delivers monopolar radiofrequency and AI-assisted ultrasound at the same time, in the same session and on the same area. The radiofrequency does not stay at the surface: it spreads deep into the tissue and stimulates the cells responsible for collagen and elastin, while the ultrasound prepares the target layer and helps the energy settle at the right depth.
The AI assistance follows your skin's response throughout the application and keeps the energy balanced. No two skins are the same thickness or offer the same resistance, so the settings are updated as the session goes on rather than running at a fixed level.

Who is it for?

A long list of areas does not mean we apply it everywhere on everyone. In a free consultation we look at skin thickness, the degree of sagging and your expectation; sometimes the answer is “not EXION for this area”, and we are not shy about saying so.

Sessions and the process
Nothing at RL starts with “come in and let's do it”. It begins with a free consultation: your goal and the current state of your skin are discussed, and the number of sessions and the interval between them are planned according to the area and the goal.
During the application you usually feel a warm, gently spreading heat. The skin's surface stays intact — nothing is cut or opened — and there is no downtime; you go back to your day as soon as the session ends.
Because production takes time, sessions are spaced out and the assessment is made in the later weeks rather than right after the first session. Photographs taken in the same light and at the same angle show the change best, and sun protection, regular moisturising, sleep and water intake all support the result.
What to expect
EXION is not an operation and does not give what an operation gives. With advanced sagging, skin quality can improve noticeably, but tissue that has dropped with gravity is not carried back up. We say this at the start, because no process that begins with the wrong expectation ends well.
Results vary from person to person. Age, skin thickness, sun history, smoking, sleep and nutrition all directly affect the skin's capacity to produce, so we promise no one a fixed outcome — the plan follows the assessment in your consultation.
